Palace just announced Prince William is about to represent the Queen to visit UAE - RoyalI nsider

The Duke of Cambridge has never travelled to the United Arab Emirates for work. He will visit Expo 2020 Dubai which is being temporarily taken over by UK National Day. The duke will also use this trip as an opportunity to engage with young Emiratis, leaders and conservationists.
