Indian club rotation is done specifically with an Indian club or can be substituted with a mace-like object (weight on one end attached by a stick). Begin by holding the club vertically with a neutral grip; slow and controlled pronate and supinate the wrist and forearm. To make the movement harder the arm can be extended straight out and can be done while performing a shoulder CAR.
