Taliban have denied the rumours of death of its political chief and deputy prime minister Mullah Baradar which have been circulating in Afghanistan over the past few days. Baradar has not made any public appearance for more than a week now and that has triggered lot of speculations regarding his fate. This came amid rumours of his death and injury in clash with Haqqanis, who are believed to have resisted his appointment as the head of Afghanistan government.
