2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cream cheese (optional) you can use yogurt instead
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
