WTF is an Adult Green Belt in BJJ ?

In today's video I answer a question from Josh who is an adult Green Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Now some of you may be a little confused since Green Belts in Jiu-jitsu are usually saved for teenagers and kids (which I'll explain).

But with that, he's getting ready for a BJJ competition, and he wants to know what to compete since there are no adult Green Belt divisions.

So in this video I share some ideas from my own experience as a former adult Green Belt back in 2004 when I was a newer student in BJJ.

I also tell a story about a stinky white belt. Not a person white belt. . . my actual belt.
