A more detailed description:
In Baldi's Basics, you are tasked with going to the school after summer lets out to retrieve a friend's seven notebooks so that he's not late to... eating practice. Baldi likes to quiz his students, so he gives you math problems (the basics, right?). If you get one wrong, Baldi gets mad, and his ruler slapping chase begins. You spend the rest of the game running from Baldi and Baldi's friends while trying to collect all seven notebooks for your friend.
