Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) is a toolkit made of network science, organizational development and change management theory, analytics, and practice methods and techniques that help managers and consultants solve business problems. In other words, it is a framework for data-driven, evidence-based decision-making in organizations. The methodology collects data in an active (through a survey) or a passive (through an API) way, about the formal and informal communication, and flows within the organization, as well as among the most influential employees, at all levels and in all pockets of the organization.

ONA is becoming a must-have methodology in the portfolios of managers, consultants, and researchers because it maps out and empowers employee trust networks and it reveals action points on how to optimize communication and feedback processes in the organization.
