This follow along 30 minute FULL BODY clubbell workout uses both double clubs and single clubs.

We get a chance to work on leveling up to higher weight for those single clubbell exercises and can challenge our upper body strength and stability with the double clubbell moves!

I'm using two 5lb clubs and a single 10lb club for this workout. As I've had a serious elbow injury, I have been starting from the very beginning with the lightest weights to regain my mobility and strength without risking further injury. I had the 3lb clubs in case I needed to step down in weight because that Air Marshal exercise is no joke, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well I maintained throughout the 30 minute workout!

Timing today is 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, so we have a good amount of rest to recover before the next exercise. Focus on technique over speed.

As with every workout, I recommend you listen to your body and start with low weight so you get comfortable and get to know the movements before adding on heavier weights. Feel free to modify in whatever way works best for you on the given day. Whether you want to work with one club throughout - then consider hand placement and work both hands in the dominant position - or adjust all the exercises for double clubs... this is your workout and your time to play. So have fun!

4 rounds of 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off.
*Remember to switch your top hand grip for the 2 handed single club exercises!

Alt Outside Circle – 2 clubs
Squat Front Press – 2 clubs
“Air Marshal” – 2 clubs
Shoulder Cast Lunges – 2 clubs
Alt Squat Swing – 1 club
Inside Pendulum – 1 club
Balance Squat – 1 club
Dead Clean – 1 club

Equipment Needed: At least 2 clubs of the same weight.
