I Met The Cobra Kai Cast!

I have dreamt of this moment ever since the Summer of 2018. Meeting the cast of Cobra Kai. This is really a dream come true. I’ve idolized every one of these actors for years. In my darkest times, I would look up to them for hope and inspiration. Cobra Kai is the show I always turn to when I need the strength to keep on going. These actors have not only brought so much to the series, but have forever changed my life.

William Zabka (Johnny Lawrence),
Johnny is the first character that drew me to Cobra Kai thanks to William Zabka's incredible acting abilities. A lot of the facial expressions and hand gestures Zabka does in the show are so small, but it’s those sorts of details that bring the character to life. To hear that Zabka loved my Cobra Kai Episode 1 "Re-creation" and my channel honestly made my life!

Xolo Mariduena (Miguel Diaz),
Miguel has always been my favorite character on Cobra Kai as I've always resonated with him and his character arc. Not to mention Xolo’s incredible acting skills and his amazing portrayal of the character! I was lucky enough to do an Instagram Live with Xolo back in the Spring of 2020 so getting to meet him in person after all this time was surreal!

Mary Mouser (Samantha LaRusso),
Samantha is the kind of person that you would want to have as a friend because of her fun personality and kind heart. Just like Samantha, Mary is the kindest soul out there who has so much compassion and kindness for others. It was so nice getting to talk to her and find out that she watches my videos. It really meant the world to me and I will always remember that.

Peyton List (Tory Nichols),
Peyton was one of the nicest people that I spoke to. She was genuinely curious about my YouTube channel after Zabka had mentioned it to her prior. While Tory is a badass with not the nicest of personalities, Peyton is the complete opposite. Still badass but such a nice and caring person. It was an honor getting to talk to her for the first time.

Martin Kove (John Kreese),
I've always been a fan of Martin as he has always reminded me of my Grandpa Leonard, who actually played Kreese in my Cobra Kai Episode 1 “Re-creation.” After being fortunate enough to interview Martin, it was even better meeting him in person. From his “Koala Kai commercials” to “Dancing with the Stars,” I’ve always followed his journey and I will continue to do so!

Jacob Bertrand (Eli Moskowitz/Hawk),
Jacob is one of the most incredible actors on the show because of his wide range of acting abilities. As an actor, going from Eli to Hawk seems like such a challenge, but Jacob makes it look easy. It was so great meeting him and getting to talk to him about guitar playing, him and Xolo's podcast, and more!

Gianni DeCenzo (Demetri),
Gianni was the perfect casting for the role of Demetri because of his perfect execution of sarcasm and his genius comedy. Meeting Gianni in person was so awesome because he had so much energy and such a welcoming presence. I really enjoyed talking to him because he was so nice and funny!

Cobra Kai is not only a show for me. It is something that has changed my life and made me into the person I am today. I am so thankful for this opportunity to have met the cast. Thank you Peyton List, Mary Mouser, Jacob Bertrand, Gianni DeCenzo, Martin Kove, William Zabka, and Xolo Mariduena for making me feel so special and really making me really feel like The Cobra Kai Kid. I will forever remember this experience. Cobra Kai Never Dies❤️
