Supreme Court five judge Constitution bench of Justices KM Joseph, Ajay Rastogi, Aniruddha Bose, Hrishikesh Roy and CT Ravi Kumar to hear petitions pertaining to whether Tamil Nadu can conserve Jallikattu as its cultural right under Article 29(1) of the Constitution which guarantees protection to cultural rights of citizens. Senior Advocates, Mr. Shyam Divan, Mr. Siddharth Luthra and Mr. Anand Grover likely to appear for petitioners. Senior Advocate, Mr. Kapil Sibal had appeared on behalf of the State of Tamil Nadu on last occasion
