Jepson Man's Theme Remix

Описание к видео Jepson Man's Theme Remix

Disclaimer: I do not own the original song. This is a cover, made using the program MuseScore2, of a song composed by Timothy Lloyd Bishop AKA NintendoCapriSun. This video was made for entertainment purposes and therefore falls under Fair Use.

You know what's really fun? Coming down with a cold. Especially when you record vocals. Originally I was planning to do episode 2 of Animated What-Ifs for this month, as I had said in the description of my last remix, but that's being postponed until at least May while I get better. (Why not April? Because I've already got something specific planned for then.) Yeah, this is why I usually don't say what my next video is: because doing so curses my plans to most likely change due to events out of my control. Thankfully I was planning to do this one in a couple of months anyway, so might as well switch things around.

Jepson Man's Theme is the third song of NintendoCapriSun's PAX group Robot Master project, which is up to six songs last I checked. Tim had said that the idea for the Jepson Man level was to be set in a rain forest that occasionally has acid rain showers. I tried to make it sound more to fit the rain forest feel in the main part of the song, and more dramatic in the acid rain part. I don't feel like the instruments come off as being distinct in the acid rain part, but hey, what are you gonna do?

The instruments I ended up using for this one are the acoustic guitar, pan flute, xylophone, trumpet, pipe organ, bass guitar, voice, claves, castanets, frame drum and drumset.
