Finally sub-30! Not entirely sure what pushed it over the line, but implemented a new skip, and started boosting out of the bonus levels instead of jumping, where I could (and remembered to).

Very happy with the progress, and could honestly happily leave it here, depending on whether anyone else picks it up. I doubt sub-29 is feasible, but if everything lines up perfectly...
