Donald Trump court hearing in Georgia case; First Amendment argument | Live stream

Lawyers for former President Donald Trump will be in court in Atlanta on Thursday morning arguing his charges in the Georgia 2020 election RICO case should be dismissed on First Amendment grounds.

A motions hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. It will include also incorporate arguments on two motions brought by Trump's co-defendant David Shafer, the former Georgia Republican Party chairman.
