Hey family!!! In today's video we make the easiest ever banana pudding, go out to eat, see some goats, go fishing, and watch the Lunar Eclipse!

Easy Banana Pudding recipe:

Ingredients:
(2) 3.5 oz boxes instant vanilla pudding
(1) 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed
vanilla wafers
3-4 bananas, sliced
4 cups milk
2-3 tablespoons sour cream

Directions:
Mix pudding mix, milk, and sour cream in a bowl and set aside. In a 8X8 casserole dish layer the vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, pudding mix and whipped topping, making two layers, ending with the whipped topping. Garnish with crushed vanilla wafers.

Buttermilk Biscuit Recipe:
2 cups self rising flour
6 TB unsalted butter (cold)
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine all ingredients and mix by hand, using a little self rising flour to keep it from sticking to your hands too much. Pinch of pieces a little bigger than a golf ball and roll into ball shape. Pat in extra flour and press slightly onto baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until bottoms of biscuits are browned. Brown the tops and spread with butter!
