Capcom did it! They finally went crazy with Ryu. The amount of buffs he got this season goes way beyond my expectation. Not only they buffed the utility of existing moves, but they gave many new tools for both of his V-Trigger. This video showcase the changes that he god with some demonstration. I might miss something but this should cover most changes.
