About the Lecture
With Russian production trends showing 10% growth in oil production over the past 3 years, Russia is well positioned to serve U.S. demand from the Timor-Pechora Caspian region and western Siberia and to serve China demand from eastern Siberia.

The Economides activation index (how much capital expenditure is required to put 1 bopd in the market) is discussed and compared to other producing regions, along with operating expenditures and reserves-acquisition costs in Russia.
