Johnny Depp demands Amber Heard countersuit be dismissed | LiveNOW from FOX

Amber Heard's legal team has rested their case in her defamation trial against Johnny Depp in a Fairfax, Virginia, courtroom. Depp's attorney in response filed a motion to dismiss Heard's counterclaim for defamation based on comments from Depp's attorney Adam Waldman that called her abuse allegations a hoax.
The judge later rejected the motion, ruling that this issue for the jury to decide.
