New Power and Control build at Savi's Workshop. They had 2 of the 4 new scrap sets to choose from. You do have to use the emitter in the video to build, but can swap to the other once outside Savi's, as the spiked emitter does not fit in the saber blade activation chamber. The spiked emitter also does not play well with the sheath they give you right now.
