Texas AG Ken Paxton sues Biden Administration over ban on private firearms sales

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton holds a news conference announcing a lawsuit over what he calls the unlawful ban on private firearms sales. Louisiana, Missouri and Utah will also join in the lawsuit.
