Cleveland area weather forecast: Dense fog this morning

Your 6 a.m. Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio weather forecast for May 18, 2024:

Patchy dense fog could impact your morning hours. Dense Fog Advisories will be in place for most areas through 10 am. Sunshine will eventually take over with temperatures into the 70s this afternoon. Light winds from the north will keep areas near the water a touch cooler. A very small chance for a pop up shower.

Patchy fog will be possible again Sunday morning. That will once again give way to afternoon sun and highs near 80 inland. Warm and mainly sunny with 80s for all on Monday and Tuesday. A pop up shower/storm will be possible Tuesday afternoon/evening.

Better chances for showers and storms on Wednesday with a transition back into the 70s for the rest of the week.
