[MODS] Doc's unfinished stuff - Rhythm Heaven Megamix mods

Day 5 of the "Woops, I forgot to upload" week!
So I have all these mods rotting in my modding folder, it would be a shame to not release them
So here you go! Everything is pretty much unfinished here, meaning no Skill Star, no epilogue, no item, for some no specialized ratings even!
