"How do lobsters get from the boat to the buyer?" That question to Leroy sparked an idea with him to partner with Greenhead Lobster to produce this two-part series to show what it takes for lobster to be bought, graded, weighed, processed, packaged, and shipped out to consumers. Part 1 shows that process from buying lobster on the dock to preparing shipment of live lobsters for restaurants, food distributors, and Greenhead's processing facility. On the next episode, Leroy and Greenhead Lobster owner, Hugh Reynolds, will take us on a tour of their processing facility where lobster is cooked, shelled, and frozen for a variety of their frozen lobster products.

Due to a recent local COVID outbreak, the MCCF team has decided to slow the production of “Ask Leroy!” We will resume filming after the holidays when it is safe to do so.
