Heavy rain from a stationary front moves into the Tampa Bay Area. Fog is expected to form later tonight. Here is a long video of weatherscan from 2:45 PM to 4:14 PM. The video was supposed to be longer, but my computer froze. Sorry for some choppy frame rate at times.
