Esque - The Legend Of Nok Su Kao

"Kickboxer" has been one of my absolute favourite movies ever since I first saw it back in '91. Truthfully it was a major influence towards me becoming a very serious martial artist growing up among many other over-the-top pure cheese pop-culture creations.
I love the idea of working towards becoming something better. Training to become something more. The small goals that are reached and all the obstacles that are overcome are priceless. Looking back they're worth every bit as much as the prize if not more. It's an obvious great metaphor of what life is all about.
That being said, this is my "homage" (for lack of a better term) of my favourite movie and also it's messages of confidence, perseverance, believing in yourself, working to become the best you can be, living out your dreams, dancing drunk & awkwardly, revenge, justice, ancient ways, doing the splits, spin kicks, love, passion, beating the shit out of rapist pieces of shit and just being an all out bad ass.
Here's to you Kickboxer, and all your dopenessness.
