Thorlabs’ Optical Spectrum Analyzers are designed to measure the optical power of narrowband and broadband light sources as a function of wavelength. Models are available for visible, near-infrared (NIR) and mid-infrared (MIR) light. These compact, versatile instruments provide extremely high spectral resolution, accuracy, and range. They are driven by a software package with a flat, intuitive, responsive interface that supports in-app data analysis and allows real-time viewing of the Fourier-transformed spectrum or the raw interferogram.
