Cities Skylines 2 Graphics Optimization - DO NOT Ever Use the Default Presets!

In this video, I talk about optimizing your graphics settings in Cities Skylines 2. Do not EVER use the default presets! They are really bad.
My specs: Ryzen 9 3900X, RTX 2080 Ti, 64 GB RAM. In the video, I go over all the settings, and show the fps / performance comparison between 1080p and 1440p, as well as with default preset vs. custom preset. I also show performance difference between a 10k city and a 100k city
