Palulubugin ng mga sundalong Pilipino at Amerikano sa Balikatan Exercises ang abandonadong barko ng Philippine Navy na gawang China.

Ayon sa Navy, nagkataon lamang na ginawa itong mock target sa military drill kasunod ng pag-alma ng China sa nasabing plano.
