Do different color conchas taste different? Not all of the time. Generally conchas have a vanilla flavor to them. My character conchas always have a vanilla flavor to them. Usually brown topping conchas have cocoa powder added which gives them a chocolate flavor. Sometimes the pink colored conchas have a strawberry flavor to them.
