Aluminum Casting using the Lost Foam Aluminum Casting Process (Metal Casting)

Aluminum casting is 1 of the easiest ways to metal cast. I think it is the metal of choice when someone gets into aluminum casting. The reason for this is because aluminum is readily available. When I first started, I was melting aluminum cans at home. Melting aluminum cans is a very easy way to start aluminum casting. The metal casting process I am using in this video is called the lost foam casting process. If I started aluminum casting today, this is how I would start doing it. It is super easy, and you don't need any type of special casting sand. I use a CNC to carve my patterns, but can be done without it.
