Many people mistakenly assume that flexibility is the key limiting factor in their roundhouse or sidekick kicking height - when in fact it often comes down to a lack of pivoting. Turning that supporting foot not only allows for a much higher and faster kick, but also helps to genrate more speed and power for a trluy devastating blow.
