Leather Lacing, Amazing Technique to Braid Leather Pieces Together

I saw this technique of connecting two leather pieces in some of my favorite leather bags that i'd like to sew in the future. Today I thought I'd try out some different methods so I can decide which to use for what. You may see this as a little "preview" for more complicated leather craft projects i want to tackle later on.
