How did my rebuild hold up after another wreck? The cheap Grand Am is back again!

There are a couple business models that work. If you work to find new customers, you don't need to do decent work. If you do a good job, you don't need to find new customers. I have chosen the second model and it was slow growth, but I have never had to spend money on advertising to find new customers.
