Can we repair this old DELL N5110?

Hi everyone and thank you for 12:21 of your time. In this video I we have Dell Inspiron 5110 that had a small problem, the motherboard has small short circuit. Fortunately the problem was solved and the laptop now is working, also I made small upgrades to make the things a bit better.
