While deleting SCAMMER files I found this

This is a call I had with scammers running fake Norton and Geek Squad protection plan refund scams. They con people by offering a refund for $299 but have you connect to their "Secure
server which grants them access to your computer or mobile phone. You fill out a refund form where these criminals type extra digits so your refund amount appears to be $2,900 or $29,900 resulting in them asking you to return the difference.
I on the other hand access their systems and proactively call their victims in an attempt to warn them but some times it's just too late!
