Gentaro Kisaragi, the regent hair style teenager, came to Amanogawa High school as a transfer student. His dream is to be a friend with all sutudents in his new High School. One day, Gentaro was given "Fourze Driver", the tool for transforming Kamen Rider, from his childhood friend Yuuki Jojima, in order to save his classmates from mysterious monsters named Zodiarts. From then, he has been started to fight with Zodiarts to protect the peace of Amanogawa High School and challenge the hidden mystery of this high school.

Gentaro Kisaragi, adolescent à la coiffure Pompadour, a été transféré dans le lycée d'Amanogawa. Il rêve d'être ami avec tous les élèves de son nouveau lycée. Un jour, Gentaro reçoit le "Fourze Driver", l'outil pour se transformer en Kamen Rider, de la part de son ami d'enfance Yuuki Jojima, afin de sauver ses camarades des mystérieux monstres nommés Zodiarts. Depuis, il se bat contre les Zodiarts pour protéger la paix du lycée Amanogawa et défier le mystère caché de ce lycée.
