We all seem to be living in this physical world but practically we are living in a virtual world; the world of our mind, and the mind is filled with countless thoughts. These thoughts can be compared with various Apps (applications) opened in a mobile phone or on a computer. If left unchecked, many of these Apps can slow down the entire system (i.e. our body and mind).
