Resep kentang mustofa garing


- 1800gr kentang
- 600ml air kapur siri ( untuk olah kentang )
- 200gr bawang merah
- 50gr bawang putih
- 1 sdt penyedap rasa ( untuk goreng bawang )
- 1/2 sdt garam ( untuk goreng bawang )
- 15 lembar daun jeruk
- 500gr kacang tanah
- 250gr ikan teri


Resep saus

- 100gr cabe merah
- lengkuas
- 200ml air
- daun jeruk
- 2 sdt garam
- 1 sdt penyedap rasa
- 16 sdm Gula
- 1 setegah sdm cuk
