Nilinaw ng Commission on Higher Education na hindi bubuwagin ang K to 12 program kahit pa itinigil na ang pag-aalok ng Senior High School Program sa state at local universities and colleges sa bansa.

Tiniyak rin ng ahensya na hindi mawawalan ng trabaho ang mga guro na apektado ng nasabing hakbang.
