Should we ban young drivers from giving lifts?

Ministers are considering plans to stop new drivers under the age of 25 from carrying young passengers. The ban would last between 6 to 12 months after getting their licence.

Singer and Presenter, Tallia Storm argues restrictions shouldn't be put on young drivers because of the reckless behaviour of a few. While Journalist, Eleanor Mills disagrees: 'They're much more likely to overestimate their ability and underestimate the risk.'
