The wall is an obstacle that you will find in most obstacle course races. It's also one of the best obstacles to utilize in an escape or chase situation.

Most people will struggle with this exercise, primarily due to technique and lack of upper body strength.

In today's video we share with you one technique to climb over walls while not using much upper body strength.

You will use bigger muscle groups, like your legs to conquer the wall.
