It will take some time to change big and complex things like food system. Yet there are many reasons to do that: it keeps jobs and money in the community, it keeps local economy to stay alive, it is more sustainable and environmentally friendly, etc.

Max and his parents are owners of a small farm in Wernberg, Carinthia. His aim is to raise the awareness of people to buy the locally grown food that was picked at the peak of ripeness and that simply tastes better. He was always determined to study agriculture and closely understand how we as humans impact the natural world. After finishing his master stadium in Agriculture and Food, he decided to make a difference in the lives of others and started to study Agricultural Pedagogy. Currently, he works in the Carinthian Chamber of Agriculture.
