W 290-291/Production Music - Robert Hall Productions/New World, Bill Loose

Bill Loose is quite possibly the most well-recognized name in stock/library music. Though Loose also composed for dozens of films and TV shows, his work for production libraries remain the most remembered today. Bill Loose lent a hand for Robert Hall Productions several times, particularly with RH 216-217, this album, and W 292-293. As far as W 290-291 is concerned...from my perspective, this is one of the best library records of all time. Bill Loose was one of a kind, and his niche for writing charming, quaint miniatures is on full display here. Any tracks that could be considered "corny" are usually followed up with some truly sublime cuts. I've personally used both "Almost Sixteen" and "Honey Colored" for my first animated short, "Storm & Rain."
