Rwanda - Rebels Drive Towards Kigali

(10 Apr 1994) Rwandan rebels agreed a ceasefire with government forces on Sunday
(10/4) and halted their drive towards the anarchic capital,
Kigali, Belgium's military commander in Rwanda reported.
