Getting to LV 19 in a neutral route - UNDERTALE

MAJOR SPOILER WARNING.
It is a common misconception that in UNDERTALE, the max LV you can reach within a Neutral Route is level 17 or 18. Well, in this video I'll being showing how you can still get a neutral ending while still reaching LV 19 and NOT fighting sans!
I may have missed some stuff but I tried to put in what I found.
IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WATCH MY VID, HERE IS MY METHOD FOR DOING THIS.
1. Kill the first froggit in ruins, then grind ONLY looxs till you exhaust the ruins encounter rate.
2. Grind through snowdin normally.
3. Grind through waterfall normally, beat undyne the undying.
4. GRIND EVERY ENEMY in hotlands before encountering RG 01 & 02.
5. Spare muffet. (I used a donut to make the process quicker.)
6. Kill the scripted optional encounters on the top bridge in the core before fighting mettaton NEO.
7. Kill mettaton NEO.
Now you are LV 19 and not in genocide! If your SAVE point still says "Determination." before killing NEO than you probably killed too many.
