Just Machining - 04

The requirement for this job was to finish it in one setup, to increase the accuracy.
The part is made from EN AW – 6082 3.2315 (AlMgSi1). The 5x job where I used the spotting drill as end mill was done this way as the benefit with its 142° will help me to get away from a part collision.

The chuck holders you see are Fahrion Centro P (most time the 16C version)

⚠️ Please do not mill / drill / cut aluminum dry! This is just for video reasons and will kill your tools and parts. ⚠️

Software uses: SolidCAM 2021 SP2

The left over at the end is 0,15mm, so the part is easy to take of and the Mimatic blade will also make a nice surface
