Nick Goes to a Wesen Crackhouse | Grimm

A Trauminsel or island of dreams is a slang term for a Wesen crackhouse. As stated by Rosalee, there are dozens around the city of Portland. When she was a Jay addict in her past, having been hooked for seven years, she was no stranger to Trauminsels and knew a dealer named Cecil. Dealers like Cecil typically knew the whereabouts of trauminsels and could help addicts locate one and get them some "Trauminsel time."

From Season 1 Episode 15 ‘Island of Dreams' - After the grisly murder of a familiar shop owner, Nick (David Giuntoli) joins forces with Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) to help solve the murder. When the shop owner's sister, Rosalee (guest star Bree Turner), comes to town, Nick thinks he may have found a new ally in the creature world. Elsewhere, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz) enlists Adalind (guest star Claire Coffee) to cast a spell on Hank (Russell Hornsby). Meanwhile, Sgt. Wu (Reggie Lee) unwittingly becomes entangled in Adalind's dastardly plan. Bitsie Tulloch also stars.
