Israel fighting Hamas again in northern Gaza as hundreds of thousands flee Rafah

Israel is fighting a resurgence of Hamas militants in northern Gaza, while in the south, 360,000 people have fled Rafah to avoid Israeli strikes on the city. NBC News' Richard Engel reports.
