Today is a chore day at Barbie's dream house. Ken has to clean up the kitchen and dining room, wash clothes, and organize mess in the garage. Barbie has to clean up her room and messy closet and Chelsea has to clean up bathroom and her bedroom. But Chelsea doesn't want to clean up, she wants to paint beautiful picture of butterfly. When she accidentally splashes some red paint on her face, she gets an idea! She is going to paint dots on her face and body and pretend that she is sick. When Barbie see Chelsea's spots she instantly takes her to a hospital. Chelsea is very afraid to go to see a doctor. She begs Barbie to let her stay home in her room, but Barbie is worried that Chelsea is seriously ill. In the hospital, doctor Emma examines Chelsea and soon discovers that those Chicken Pocks are fake and she washes them off with water and soap. Then Chelsea has to tell Barbie that she just painted the spots on her face and body to pretend to be sick so she doesn't have to clean up and do all her chores. Doctor Emma prescribes for Chelsea's "disease" no ice cream for a month and chores every day. Now Chelsea learned that pretending to be sick to avoid responsibilities doesn't pay off. Chelsea promised to never lie to Barbie again.
