This is the No Intros version of my beginner level ballet barre to Disney music! (And Disney ballet fashion, of course!) This is a basic ballet barre but I give you options for more intermediate and advanced dancers. Pace yourself and do your best. We focus on building technique and strength, so just keep smiling!
