Let's Play Legend of Grimrock 2 #02: Once Prisoners, now Castaways

For the sailors, it was a routine voyage. For the four prisoners below decks, it was their final days before being locked up in the deepest, darkest dungeon. Neither the crew nor the incarcerated were to know that someone had other plans, altering the course of the ship so that it was shipwrecked on the rocks surrounding a mysterious island. Miraculously, the cage containing the prisoners survived intact, washing up on the shores.

Little do the occupants know, however, that their ordeal has only just begun.

Almost immediately Grimrock 2 differentiates itself from the previous entry in the series by having you start outside. It starts things off slowly, allowing you to get used to controlling the party and combat. Even at this early stage, however, there's danger: the turtles that call the beach home are more than capable of harming you if you're not fast on your feet.
